With a passion for working with culturally and linguistically diverse youth and communities\, Eli has a diverse range of skills\, from classroom teacher to academic coordinator\, working with higher learning institutions to develop indigenous and settlement programs\, and coordinating and facilitating partnership projects\, with a priority focus on enabling tangible links between the community and education sectors to promote the wellbeing of youth. \nProfile Shelly Arnan\nShelly has seven years of working experience in the multicultural sector in various capacities such as direct client service delivery in resettlement\, project management\, training\, and capacity building. Shelly was born and raised overseas and moved to Australia where she completed tertiary education.
