Her career reflects a deep commitment to student wellbeing, authentic relationship building, and creating environments where students feel genuinely supported and empowered to thrive.

In her current role as University Partnership Coordinator at Medibank, Heidi collaborates closely with Queensland universities to enhance the international student experience, combining practical skills with heartfelt connection to deliver wellbeing-focused initiatives.
