Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ISANA: International Education Association Inc will be held on:

• Time: 13.00 pm ACDT (Adelaide)
• In-person venue:  at the 34th ISANA Conference being held at the Adelaide Convention Centre, SA
• Online: via Zoom

1. Welcome, Acknowledgment of Country & Introductions
2. Apologies
3. Accept the Minutes of the previous AGM
4. Presentation and acceptance of the President’s reporton the activities of the Association.
5. Presentation and acceptance of the Treasurer’s report on the financial activities and position of the Association, including the Auditor’s Report for the last financial year, and the re-appointment of Bentley’s Audit Services, as auditor for the next financial year
6. Meeting Close

Proxy Form (nominations closed)

• If you are unable to attend, you can nominate a proxy in accordance with section 13(17) of the ISANA constitution.
• Your proxy must be an ISANA Member attending the AGM. Please ask a committee member from your branch or national council  if you do not know of another ISANA Member attending.
• The completed proxy form must be returned to the ISANA Office, isana@isana.org.au 24 hours prior to the meeting.  The ISANA Office is not able to act as a proxy.
