The “ESOS 2026 Integrity Reforms: Provider Responsibilities & Compliance Readiness” session is designed to equip compliance, governance, admissions, and agent management professionals with a deep and practical understanding of the sweeping changes to the ESOS Act and National Code taking effect in 2026. The session provides a comprehensive overview of all major reforms, including the ban on onshore transfer commissions, expanded transparency and fit-and-proper requirements, new barriers to VET entry, and enhanced CRICOS risk controls. Through a blend of detailed analysis and actionable guidance, participants will learn how to update systems, contracts, and operational procedures to meet heightened compliance standards, with specific emphasis on agent governance, financial controls, and risk management.
Interactive components, such as risk-mapping workshops and group discussions, ensure attendees not only grasp the regulatory landscape but can also apply best-practice solutions within their institutions. Immediate priorities include contract amendment and renewal for all agent agreements to ensure alignment with ESOS 2026 reforms, as well as aligning finance and admissions systems and preparing for more rigorous regulatory scrutiny. The session offers a structured 60-day roadmap for implementation, enabling providers to build a culture of transparency, data readiness, and integrity.
