Student Wellbeing

Join us for an engaging online session focused on supporting student wellbeing, with an emphasis on mental health. This event will explore practical ways to balance study, life, and financial pressures, helping students build resilience and maintain overall wellbeing. Hear from a range of organisations working directly with young people and diverse communities, each sharing insights and strategies in short, focused discussions. Topics will include:

  • Managing the demands of study and everyday life
  • Supporting financial wellbeing
  • Accessing culturally appropriate youth support services
  • Updates on GP-led assessment of ADHD and Autism, including sharing details for May Health and Akkadian Health

Each presenter will deliver a 20-minute discussion, offering practical takeaways and opportunities to connect with support services.

Student Success and Wellbeing provides a free and confidential Counselling and Wellbeing support to all enrolled students in a safe, private and confidential space.

Counselling is available to assist you with any issue that affects your studies. They can support you to build the confidence and resilience needed on this journey

The Counsellors are a team of highly skilled and caring professionals, who can assist you to reach your goals. The Counsellors will listen to your concerns and assist in exploring options and solutions that suit your needs.

Peace Multicultural Services supports anyone from a multicultural background living in South Australia regardless of their visa type, free of charge. Their aim is to help people from diverse language and cultural backgrounds to lead independent, healthy and good lives in Australia.
