2019 AGM Proxy Form 

If you are unable to attend the AGM, you can nominate a proxy in accordance with section 13(17) of the ISANA constitution. The proxy form and must be returned to the ISANA Secretariat 24 hours prior to the meeting. If you wish to nominate a proxy, the following committee members will be attending the AGM,  Bronwyn Gilson, Molly Bonnefin, Annette Kalczynska, Margaret Dawson, Sarah Parrington and Samantha Hilbig.

This is an election year.  The positions are President, Vice President, Vice President Planning and Development, Vice President Professional Development, Treasurer and Communications Manager. Please contact existing Officers via the secretariat if you have any questions. The nomination form must be received by the ISANA Secretariat seven days prior to the meeting.
