Topic: DIBP officials will present an overview of the current student visa environment and outline the changes to the student visa programme under the new simplified international student visa framework (SSVF), scheduled to commence from mid-2016.

Presenter:  Alice Maclean – Acting Director, Student and Graduate Visas, Australian Government Department of Immigration and Border Protection

Alice Maclean is the acting director of the Student and Graduate Visas Section at the Department of Immigration and Border Protection. The Student and Graduate Visas section supports the delivery of Australia’s international student visa program by providing assistance and advice to visa decision makers.
