The Commonwealth Ombudsman will explain their understanding of the National Code changes, including:
- how they anticipate these might be reflected in complaint and appeal issues – and how to avoid them
- share insights from their experience investigating international student complaints
- what issues they think the changes are intended to/will address
- Current issues
