This is a great opportunity to put your knowledge of compliant practices to the test! Participants will be given real life scenarios by the Overseas Student Ombudsman for which they will need to discuss amongst their designated group and talk about their solution. For each scenario the OSO will provide feedback. Current complaint trends will also be discussed with a focus to improve non-compliant complaint handling processes. Practice, learn and discuss some complicated complaint issues.
