Jamie Phillips is the Medical Director at Sonder and a specialist Rural & Remote Physician who has spent his career pushing medicine to the extreme. An experienced clinician and leader he is passionate about ensuring that people are able to access word-class health care, no matter their location.

A former Royal Navy Commando and Australian Army Officer, Jamie spent the majority of his military career as an embedded doctor within elite military units. Tasked with delivering advanced point-of-wounding emergency care on combat and counter terrorism operations worldwide, he learned to innovate and developed a unique perspective on health and health care leadership. Seeking a new set of challenges, he transitioned into the commercial health care sector where he has been able to apply his experience within innovative organisations who are challenging the traditional model of health care.

Robert Chasse is Development, Integrations and Partnerships Manager at Sonder, where he is responsible for developing partnerships, ensuring the successful integration of the Sonder service for new partners and enhancing the quality of support and reporting for education partners. With 15 years of experience in the international education sector, Robert effectively navigates environments typified by change and complex issues to deliver results and innovate how organisations achieve their strategic priorities.
