Susan Gray bio:
Susan Gray has worked in various roles for the Overseas Student Ombudsman and the Commonwealth Ombudsman since 2011. Prior to that Susan worked in various advocacy, regulatory and legal roles in Australia and overseas.

- Role of Ombudsman- what we see, what we do and how we do it
- Good Practice complaint handling
- How we resolve common complaint topics: course progress, attendance, refunds and fee disputes, transfers between providers.
