The ISANA Queensland branch invites you to their next professional development, Cultural Diversity Training Workshop, facilitated by Multicultural Australia.

This full day training workshop delivers knowledge, understanding and skills that will enhance your confidence to continue to build cultural inclusion and role model cultural capability. Training participants will explore diversity through the lens of culture. Training will invite team members to reflect on their own culture and that of others, to raise awareness of the role diversity plays in cross cultural communication and collaboration in workplace interactions and service provision. Participants will walk away with key takeaways and strategies they can immediately implement to build a more diverse and welcoming work force and inclusive service.

This introductory workshop will be grounded in case studies, informed by insights from Multicultural Australia staff and ISANA Qld committee members. This provides participants with opportunities to identify cultural dimensions at work in real-life scenarios and apply strategies to bridge cultures and overcome challenges. Participants will walk away with key takeaways and strategies they can immediately implement to build more inclusive practices.

Please note: this Training Workshop is limited to 25 participants to ensure appropriate learner ratio and greater participation. Places will be allocated on a ‘first come, first serve’ basis.
