In this session, participants will identify their individual Top 5 core values and explore the unique perceptions they create. Our core values create biases, belief systems, expectations, priorities and emotional triggers. Understanding how your values may skew your perception of events, people, beliefs, and expectations creates a greater self-awareness of the impact of external stimuli upon yourself, as well as an increased capacity to understand, appreciate and embrace different perspectives. A 37 pack of cards will be given to each participant. These cards come with instructions and can be used as a fantastic team-building session with their own teams.
