Workshop overview

Leading and motivating teams.

This workshop will cover stages of team growth, choosing the right leadership style for the right people, and techniques to adapt a culturally aware communication style. Self-assess your communication style and learn how to deal with specific conflict situations. Practice using Peter Senge’s Ladder of Inference in your daily stakeholder interactions.

Presenter

Mr Kashif Chauhan, has worked within or owned businesses across the international education and not-for-profit sectors for over twenty-five years. He has led and assisted organisations through challenging times and organisation changes post-9/11 attacks, the Iraq war and post-Covid.
