QLD Workshop 2015

Theme: Customer Service (Practice)

Date: Wednesday 7th October 2015

Time: 9:00am – 1:00pm – 1/2 Day workshop

Location: The Shore, Southbank (the venue is located 300m further into the parklands from The Ship Inn. Follow the bougainvillea pathway to the 1^st building on the left when you reach the block of shops or follow Tribune Street toward the river until you reach the 1^st building in the block of shops to the left of the bougainvillea path).

Cost: $70 ISANA Member , $140 Non-Member, $210 Non-Member including 1 year membership

Guest Speaker: Paula Dunstan

Paula has worked in the field of international education since 1992, teaching, developing and delivering curriculum an international student support programs. She has managed international education projects, worked in educational administration, research and policy development. Her major projects include leading the development and delivery of the first formal professional development programs and training for international education staff, education agents and international student leaders. She was the Project Manager for ‘I’m Not Australian, But I Have An Australian Story’ for the Council of International Students in Australia, supported by the Australian Government. Her Doctoral research at the University of Queensland explores the impact of international students on the City of Melbourne. Paula is Life Member of ISANA and was its National President from 2004 – 2006.
