Dr. Elsa Licumba is a Cultural Transition Trainer with experience in helping migrants feel at home in a new country by redefining belonging. She is also the author of Freedom to Belong a book where she shares her journey of blending cultures as a CALD female international student in Australia.
Specialising in CALD international students, Elsa’s approach focuses on empowering students through the cultural transition so they can create an amazing experience for themselves using the beyond-the-orientation week method.
