Notice is hereby given that the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of ISANA: International Education Association Inc will be held on:

- In person at the 33rd ISANA Conference, Ballroom 1, Rydges World Square Sydney

- Welcome, Acknowledgment of Country & Introductions
- Apologies
- Accept the Minutes of the previous AGM
- Presentation and acceptance of the President’s report on the activities of the Association.
- Presentation and acceptance of the Treasurer’s report on the financial activities and position of the Association, including the Auditor’s Report for the last financial year and the re-appointment of Mike Derbyshire, of Bentley’s Audit Services, as auditor for the next financial year
- Election of 2023 – 2025 ISANA Officers

This year is an election year for the Officers of ISANA. The Officers of ISANA are:
- The President
- The Vice-President
- The Vice-President Planning & Development
- The Vice-President Professional Development
- The Treasurer
- The Communications Manager

Unable to attend?
If you are unable to attend, you can nominate a proxy in accordance with section 13(17) of the ISANA constitution. Your proxy must be an ISANA Member attending the AGM. Please ask a committee member from your branch or national council if you do not know of another ISANA Member attending.
The proxy form must be returned to the ISANA Office 24 hours prior to the meeting. The ISANA Office is not able to act as a proxy.
