The theme for the 2015 conference is Collaborations in Providing Services to International Students.

Student experience is an important focus of the work of educational institutions. The student experience ranges from pre-arrival, to transition, retention, employability and alumni relations. Therefore, the idea of what student services encompass has shifted far beyond the boundaries of any educational institutions. This has made collaborations with external organisations imperative to positive student experiences and successful service provision. The next ISANA conference looks at collaborative models of service provision between educational institutions across different sectors (eg. schools, ELICOS, VET, pathway programs, universities) different levels of government, accommodation providers, health service providers, community groups, employers and advocates.
