Session outline:

While there will always be a strong focus on how we deal with under 18 student welfare and issues due to compliance requirements, how we as advisors respond to and deal with our over-18 students is not as clearly regulated or defined by ESOS etc. and therefore standards, policies and practices across providers may differ. This session could provide an opportunity to share what advisors are doing across providers to promote and implement best practice in international student support.  The session will also touch on the welfare and wellbeing of the advisors in this ever changing environment.
