Intercultural Sports Day is a joined initiative of City of Sydney Youth Week, ISANA and KGV Recreation Centre.

It will be heaps of fun with activities, sport, food and many people!

A Sport and Activities event – inter-college/inter-university/mixed groups sporting competitions held during Youth Week 11 April to 18 April 2019. The students will compete in basketball, futsal and volleyball as well as join in other non-sport activities and games.

The competitions and games will allow student to develop networks and friendships through sport and activities. Building connectivity through sport encourages an active lifestyle, strengthens culturally diverse youth community networks and contributes to developing harmonious socioeconomic and multicultural communities. Young people from diverse backgrounds and cultures can realise a sense of commonality through playing sport together.
